Bringing Members Closer Together
Members of Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Local & International Affairs Committee learns more about themselves and each other to build a stronger team.
Conducted by Terence Quek
Through the workshop, members of the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan Local & International Affairs Committee got to learn about themselves and each other through understanding each other’s thinking and behavioural preferences. The Emergenetics+ app was also a useful tool to allow members to continue exploring strategies to communicate and interact with each other in an effective way. Through this, members are able to build a stronger team to serve the wider Teochew and Singaporean community.
“Emergenetics is a good way for us to know each other better, and helpful for improving cooperation among members.”
