Achieving Alignment by Building Mutual Understanding
Youth With A Mission (YWAM) strengthens its growing team with Emergenetics.
Conducted by Chee Wei-Lin

The members of Youth With a Mission (YWAM), Singapore built mutual understanding amongst team members with Emergenetics. This helped align the team more cohesively, especially as the organisation was facing rapid growth and had more people joining their team. They realised the team was truly diverse, yet found that each person added a unique value to the team with their strengths. The team learnt to appreciate each unique profile and learnt to use communication strategies when working with one another. The Emergenetics+ App proved to be very useful to the participants, who were keen to practise what they have learnt in the workshop.
"Emergenetics+, enables an easy, practical application of information in order to work more effectively with my colleagues.”
