By learning about their thinking and behavioural preferences, the group of 35 participants realised that communication was tantamount for their team to succeed. The information shared during the workshop was very valuable and they are now committed to taking actionable steps to ensure all aspects on the Emergenetics framework are addressed in the work they do, so as to serve the community better.
