Forging Team Spirit for A New Clubhouse Team
SAFRA relies on team dynamics to open new Clubhouse
Conducted by Terence Quek
A team was formed to open the new SAFRA Punggol Clubhouse. It was important for the new team members to quickly get to know one another and to forge team spirit. An Emergenetics workshop was conducted at the start of the team induction programme. Emergenetics was not only an effective ice-breaker, but also gave the team a language to quickly understand each other, to integrate the team, so as to better work with each other.
“I now have an even better idea of how I can lead my new team to work closer together for the opening of the new SAFRA Punggol and beyond.”
