Realising Preferences Helps the Team to Move Forward
Majulah Community realises that through understanding preferences, the team can work on their strengths for the betterment of the community.
Conducted by Dianna Lane
The group of 11 participants had a great time learning about their thinking and behavioural preferences. The Meeting of the Minds workshop helped them realize their strengths and blind spots, and above all knowing how to work with others better. This allows the team to move forward as a team.
“The workshop has given me clarity on how I can better myself and Majulah Community.”
