Energising and Gelling the Team with Emergenetics
Children’s Cancer Foundation gains greater cooperation amongst staff and counsellors.
Conducted by Vytheswaran Ravindran
Children’s Cancer Foundation’s was left feeling energised with a strong sense of bonding after being impacted by the insightful discovery of each other’s different thinking and behavioural preferences. They realised that the team was truly cognitively diverse. This enabled them to discover better strategies to communicate with one another. The team wanted to bring greater cooperation between its staff and counsellors, and as such found the Emergenetics profiling tool and science an insightful and useful means to understanding each other better.
“The team found it to be very useful…it provided a different perspective and insight into thinking and behavioural profiles…”
