The Young Women’s Christian Association, Singapore (YWCA) was impacted by the discovery of commonalities shared within and between departments, through the learning and understanding of their own and their team member’s thinking and behavioural preferences. With the understanding of their unique profiles, they were able to harness brilliances in the strengths each individual and team had. Post-workshop reflection showed that participants found the workshop meaningful for their work, with some indicating interest in having similar sessions for their families so as to promote greater understanding and synergy among family members.
“It was very inclusive and the process of self-discovery helped all my colleagues feel comfortable.”
