Taking Steps to Making Better Decisions as a Team
Kiwanis Club of Singapore learns that understanding the team’s preferences can help make better decisions for the club.
Conducted by Jerome Song
The club members are all volunteers and come from all works of life. It was important that the members could understand each other, communicate better and make better decisions as a team. Emergenetics had given them a complete picture of themselves and had helped them relate to instances where sometimes the committee had difficulties coming to a decision. They believe application of Emergenetics will definitely help towards better decision making for the club.
“Understanding my team members allows me to leverage on their strengths to gain strong team dynamics.”
