Harnessing Preferences for a Robust Team
PAP Community Foundation learnt to harness the team’s strengths to build a strong team.
Conducted by Or Chee Meng
Principals from various preschool education centres, who came to experience a one-day Meeting of the Minds workshop, were impacted by how they could harness their staff member’s preferences using the Whole Emergenetics approach (WEapproach) and build a stronger staff team to gain better results. The use of a common Emergenetics language also allowed the management of respective centres to align their teams expectations and goals more closely.
“I have understood myself better and learnt something very useful for my work.”
