Awareness Leads to Fewer Conflicts and Misunderstandings
Dialogue in the Dark, Singapore (DID) applies strategies to be more communicative in interactions which helps avoid misunderstandings.
Conducted by Jason Tan
The visually-impaired participants were impacted by the awareness of their personal thinking and behavioural preferences. With awareness of the differences in thinking and behavior, the team is actively applying strategies to be more communicative in their inter-personal interactions. This has led to fewer conflicts and misunderstandings between them as they continue to serve the visually-impaired.
“It is up to us to learn how to work with one another to make Dialogue in the Dark a conducive and fun workplace.”
