Understanding and Empathising Preferences
The Bible Society of Singapore builds greater bonds with Emergenetics.
Conducted by Leonard Kok
The team at The Bible Society of Singapore gained a greater insight into not only their own thinking and behavioural preferences, but also that of their colleagues. This has helped the team to understand and empathise each other’s way of working and communicating. The team was diverse and exhibited different traits, which they’ve learnt is natural and it’s just a matter of preferences. They were also equipped with actionable and practical communication strategies which will help the team build greater trust and teamwork amongst the different departments.
“..It is affirming and helpful!”
