Understanding Why People See Things Differently
Yong-en Care Centre realises that people have diverse ways of thinking and behaving.
Conducted by Angelline Ong
Yong-en Care Centre was impacted by the discovery they had of their personal as well as their teams’ thinking and behavioural preferences. The workshop was customised to adress how staff, across various departments, can work better together. Through the workshop, the participants learnt to see different ways of looking at things, and strategies to better communicate and express their ideas, using their most preferred attributes.
“Interesting view and method of understanding our preferences.”
