Appealing to the different thinking and behavioural preferences
After noticing that some of his workshop participants would participate proactively and some would not whenever he posed the question, “How do teams go about developing a vision together”, Julian realised that there was a gap in his communication with them. Through the Emergenetics Profile, he managed to bridge that gap by appealing to the different thinking and behavioural preferences and communicating more effectively with his clients. He noticed that his clients were able to relate better to the topic and then give inputs that were important in building a vision together.
