We had an amazing year with our associates last year, when we celebrated 25 Years of the Emergenetics Profile! What a milestone we have reached, having done a few “first-evers” in Emergenetics Asia Pacific history. With the theme of ‘Growth’, we certainly did grow both in size and wisdom!
This year, the energy remains at a high from the activities of yester-year, and we can’t wait to launch straight into what we have planned for our Emergenetics Associates this year.
With the theme of ‘Go Deep, Go Wide’ in APAC, we are going deeper into the use of Emergenetics, as well as bringing it to a wider audience. Take a look at some of the programmes we have lined up this year, and be sure to lock in your dates for them!
Emergenetics-EngageRocket Associate Programme
On 2 Dec 2016, Emergenetics Asia Pacific signed a strategic cooperation agreement with EngageRocket to launch the Emergenetics-EngageRocket Associate Programme (EEAP).
This year, we are going full-force with this programme, and have lots to share with you.
Through this opt-in programme exclusively designed for Emergenetics Associates, EngageRocket will extend the benefits of their reliable but easy-to-use technology of employee engagement pulse survey and analytics tool, to Emergenetics Associates and their clients.
Emergenetics Asia Pacific sees EngageRocket, with its technology, data and research, as a value-add to Emergenetics Associates as it provides a tool for measuring and monitoring employee engagement at the workplace.
An exclusive preview was held earlier this month, where EngageRocket demonstrated its tool and fielded queries from our associates. The session was filled with curious minds and positive sharing amongst the associates. Now, we’re all eager to try the tool out!

Emergenetics at Work: Tips, Frameworks and Tools
Revamped! Edition
Last year, we developed and ran a brand new programme for our Emergenetics Associates – ‘Emergenetics at Work: Tips, Frameworks and Tools’ – during our first Whole Emergenetics Week (WEweek) of Learning.
This year, due to popular demand, we are running the programme again, adding in tweaks based on your feedback. This revamped version will have your two favourite Master Associates, Terence Quek and Colin Yeow, for two days to take you through a deeper understanding of Emergenetics, as well as a wider application of the tool for various solutions.

Slated to be conducted in the second quarter of the year, we are certain this workshop will prove useful in going deeper in your work of Emergenetics by enhancing your ability to apply Emergenetics and learning how to craft and develop a customised Emergenetics-based programme for your clients. This will help you to move away from just delivering MOTMs and work towards delivering deeper and more comprehensive solutions.

Brain Summit 2017: Vancouver, Canada
This is the event of the year that we are looking forward to – the Emergenetics Brain Summit 2017! This year, it will be held at the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada, and we can’t wait to have the whole Emergenetics Associates family together for this biennial event.
The Brain Summit is the anticipated event for every Emergenetics Associate –a three-day event of learning, connecting, and realising the potential of every associate.

Realising Potential Initiative (RPI)
Last, but certainly not least, we are going full steam ahead with the Realising Potential Initiative (RPI) in the third quarter of this year!
The Emergenetics Realising Potential Initiative aims to realise the potential of key personnel in the non-profit sector, including Volunteer and Welfare Organisations, in Singapore, through the Emergenetics Profile. It provides a framework that enables individuals to understand themselves and their co-workers better in order to increase productivity, reduce conflict, and develop more holistic solutions to challenges faced at the workplace.
The initiative was conceptualised by Emergenetics Asia Pacific, in partnership with National Council of Social Service (NCSS), with aims to benefit bona fide non-profit organisations in Singapore through people and organisational development.
Together with our Emergenetics Associates, we hope to make a greater and valuable impact to the community in Singapore!
