The workshop facilitator, Terence,was positive and engaging and he made the workshop very enlightening. The interactive activities got all the participants moving and there was never a dull moment!
Through the Emergenetics Team Discovery workshop, staff of Focus on the Family are more aware of one another’s thinking attributes and behavioural preferences, thus allowing them to work better with each other and in teams. After the workshop, they realised that the organisation has a common language that binds them towards achieving the results together. It also helped management to leverage on staff strengths through their thinking and behavioural attributes.
About Terence Tan, Founder and Principal Facilitator of TROST LEARNING
Terence Tan is the Principal Facilitator and Founder of TROST LEARNING, as well as a Certified Emergenetics Advanced Associate.
Terence has been designing and facilitating experiential team learning programmes over the last 10 years. His key competencies include Team Engagement and Development, Team Profiling & Dynamics as well as Experiential Learning Design & Facilitation.
He is passionate about designing experiences for teams to create opportunities for team awareness, engagement and development. At TROST LEARNING, he and his dedicated team help members embrace team learning in a fun and effective way so that they can discover every members’ qualities and to promote collaboration that would bring about growth and performance. TROST LEARNING is also on a journey to push the boundaries of experiential learning working with various partners so that they can offer new ideas, perspectives and possibilities not only to their clients but also to serve the community.
