A-HA Moments Spark Greater Team Dynamics
Society for the Promotion of ADHD Research & Knowledge (SPARK) applied concepts they learnt to how they can work better as a team.
Conducted by Lim Swee Hock & Shamantha Yan
Society for the Promotion of ADHD Research & Knowledge (SPARK) was impacted by the numerous a-ha moments they had in discovering their own thinking and behavioural preferences. The seven attributes in Emergenetics learnt during the session were also quickly supported by their observations of each other’s behaviours. This allowed the team to appreciate each other’s strengths and contribution to the team. The Group Report was particularly useful for the team who is committed to further bond together.
