Diving Deep to Team Communication and Performance
Al-Islah Mosque saw strengths in the team by understanding individual and team profiles.
Conducted by Khaifiruddin Ahmad Din
Al-Islah Mosque was impacted by the realisations they had of their individual and team’s thinking and behavioural preferences through Emergenetics. This was a start as it opened the path for the team to dive into challengeing conversations on how to improve communication and team performance. Through the workshop, they were able to appreciate the strengths of the team, understand their achievements, and work together to help achieve their goals.
“… interesting to see the high accuracy of the profiling to our own selves.”
